Our website contains a ‘Contact us’ form. When you call the Wayman & Long team, we only log your personal information or add your name to our database if you ask us to do so or instruct us to work on your behalf. Wayman & Long offers a wide range of legal services, family law to commercial dispute resolution. To deliver our services, we hold contact and account data on our clients. This data is collated, stored and managed by our data controller Philip Povey, and selected data is only shared with Wayman & Long employees as services demand.
We believe we have a legitimate business need to store and process your personal information for some marketing purposes, whether you’re a client (on the basis that we can continue our professional relationship) or a prospective client (on the basis that we provide useful marketing newsletters of a non-sales nature).
